The fragrance features the classic, universally recognized "Tide Original" scent DNA—a complex blend of clean florals (like Lily of the Valley and Muguet), bright citrus top notes (often Lemon or Bergamot), and a warm, substantial base of musks and woody notes. This structure ensures the scent is instantly recognized as "The Smell of Clean."

For long-lasting effect, the fragrance utilizes advanced micro-encapsulated technology or high-substantivity molecules (like musks and Schiff bases). This protects the scent during the harsh wash and dry cycles, releasing it slowly over time or upon friction, providing a burst of freshness that can last weeks in storage.
